Despite what everyone says about the benefits of exercise, I have lots of very valid reasons why I should not exercise. Weather is one of the best reasons. Sometimes the temperature is too hot. I receive your Mindful Marketing emails and just love your attitude and ideas! Do you have any tips for expanding into the corporate yoga world? How do I reach out to employers?
I have been doing my best at exercising every day. I even got the kids involved with me in the garden and yard. But I have fibromyalgia and CFS and today I simply can't move because it hurts so much. Do you know anything about these conditions, and if so, do you have any suggestions? I use SamE when it gets bad, but other than an occasional ibuprofen, I don't do anything else.
