Thank you for the response. I hope that you had a terrific vacation! And thanks for the article about yoga and fibromyalgia. That is where I am heading next.
Sorry I'm late in responding! I was on vacation for a while...
I am so glad you did what you could with exercise--so important especially when managing fibromyalgia. I do have some students in my class who also struggle with it. Yoga seems to help them, especially when they honor the truth of the body rather than pushing the practice when they are not feeling well. It sounds like you were honoring your body by not exercising when the pain was too great.

I hate to set myself up as the exercise police! Does your gardening feel like exercise to you? Does it give your muscles a workout? If so, put it on your daily log. I will trust what you know to be exercise for your wonderful body. Enjoy the fruits of your labor--whether it's fresh veggies or flowers...
Thank you for the oppertunity to commit to exercising daily. I have some belly fat that I'd like to not see and I am to have major surgery in August so this is an important time to tone me up. Rose
Yippee! Welcome to the challenge, Ann! Looking forward to hearing about it virtually, even though I won't be able to see your smiling face in yoga class...
I am making a commitment to myself to do this for 28 days! I don't live close enough to come to classes, but I will find the best way I can to keep up!
